Our Commiment to Satisfaction

Blushing Bridal Boutique continually strives to help our customers  acheive  a satisfying and enjoyable online shopping experience.

Our Return and Cancellation Policies are written below to accommodate customers needs and also to address the specific nature of our merchandice. Feel free to contact us in regards to our Return and Cancellation Policies.  Please visit our Contact Us page and one of our bridal specialist will contact you within 24 hours.

Returns and Refund Policy for Online Purchses Only

– Products with quality problems, the client has 3 days to return the item or items’ back to Blushing  Bridal Boutique. (from the date item or items’ were received)  for a full refund. 

– Customer needs to send the item or items’ back to the designated returning address which will be provided to you once you receive the your package by mail.  A refund will be provided after receiving the returned package to Blushing Bridal Boutique.  Refunds can take up to 20 days to receive.

– Colour aberration is existed due to the colour effect by the PC monitor and lighting condition .  The quality problem is not included with colour aberration.  Blushing Bridal Boutique will not take any returns based on colour aberration.

– Quality problem can be defined as obvious quality defects  i.e. ripped or any damage to the item or items’.   We will provide a refund if the wrong size was ordered from what was put into our billing system at time of order. Blushing Bridal Boutique will be held accountable for this. Quality problems will be excluded from International shipments when not shipped directly to your country from Blushing Bridal Boutique. Blushing Bridal Boutique will not be responsible for 3rd party International forward shipments

– For dispute on sizing issues, please provide us with some photographs of the item or items’ purchased. Merchandice should be layed out flat when taking photographs.  Photographs must be e-mailed to  One of our customer service team repenistitve will will reply within 24 hours and help resolve the dispute

– All of our gowns are speciality hand taillored by MillaNova and Lanesta in Europe. Tailoring time for MillaNova and Lanesta haute couture gowns is 5 months with no delays. Once the order is put into our system, we will not be able to offer any cancellations or refunds on already ordered item or items’.

–  Alerations is not included in the price of our gowns. Blushing Bridal Boutique will not be held accountable for any alternations made to your gown.

Important Note: Please be advised, once your gown does arrive you will require alterations such as the length etc. We strongly recommend you speak to a local professional bridal seamstress before ordering.  Not all seamstress would have the experience on working with haute couture gowns.

– All our products you see on our website are 100% made to what you see in the pictures.  Our products  are not replication.  These are 100% MillaNova and Lanesta designs.  In a case where you are dis-statified with your item or items’ received this may include fabics, quality etc. Please contact our customer service team at and one of our sales repenstitive will contact you within 24 hours.

– Blushing Bridal Boutique will not be held accountable for any shipping delays by the manufactuer or to the customer.

Return and Exchange

– All exchanges must addressed within 3 days of receiving the item or items’.  In order to make an exchange , all proucts must be in brand new condition with the original packaging, unworn, un-altered, un-damage, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached to item or items’.  Exchanges are only be allowed if the products were factory defects and/or if this was a result of our mistakes. 

Exchanges will  be excluded from International shipments when not shipped directly to your country from Blushing Bridal Boutique. Blushing Bridal Boutique will not be responsible for 3rd party International forward shipments

No exchanges or returns if a customer chooses wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer, and/or decides no longer wants the item or items’. Blushing Bridal Boutique reserves the right not to accept the item or items’ to be sent back to Blushing Bridal Boutique. No Refunds or exchanges allowed.

– Please read our policy terms before you first make a purchase. If you have any questions about sizing,  colours, or any other questions, please contact us first, and a customer service repsentitive would be happy to answer any questions you may have within 24 hours.

Return Policy

– Your satisfaction is the ultmost important to us.  Upon arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure the dress or clothing has been made to your order specifications.  Try on your dress or clothing immediately without removing any tags, altering, or washing the dress. Please remove any make-up or jewerly before trying on your wedding gown.

– If you are returning or exchanging your gown, please make sure they are in their original condition unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair.  Tags must be intact and attached. Defective, damaged or mis-shipped defective item or items’ are eligible for a refund.(excludes International forwarding shipments when gown is not shipped directly from Blushing Bridal Boutique) When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide our customer service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the item or items’.  If you believe your items were damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service department at We will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as “Proof of Damage” documentation from your delivery carrier in order to process your refund. It takes 20 days to get your money back to your account once refund is confirmed.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

– Each gown is tailored by MillaNova and Lanesta in Europe. That is why we do recommend to place your order 8-12 months before your wedding date. Tailoring time could take up to 5 months with no delays.  We strongly recommend you follow our measurement and size guide before placing  your order.  Our measurement and size guide is located on the top of the home page under “Size Guide” We always recommend to get professionally measured by a professional bridal seamstress. After your measurements have been taken,  please follow the sizing chart listed on each dress tab on our site.  This is a  guide to help you determine what size is best for you to order. It is important you order the size close to your bust, waist, and hip measurements. Please take your measurements first before ordering. Colour Mismatch

– The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on  Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the colour shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact our customer service department at to see if a return or refund is possible.
